That driveway has subsequently been repaved completely for parking cars (in addition to two in the garage) or a sailboat or two if that pleases you.
To be a little unorthodox, let's start from the 812 gross square foot cellar ( net est.. 400 Sq.Ft.) with level "walk-in" access from that driveay if you should be interested in "Cottage Industry" space with three large glassed windows for sunlight and ventilation--a workbench (18'x3'), headroom over 6'3" and an antique marble sink needing installation.
